The present writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 4th respondent in considering the representation dated 05.12.2020 made by the petitioner.
2. Sri Ravula Nagarjuna, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 05.12.2020 to the Tahsildar to conduct enquiry with regard to the illegal mutations made in the subject lands in accordance with law. Non-consideration of the said representation, filed the present writ petition. He further submits that, Revenue filed its counter affidavit categorically stating that an endorsement dated 29.11.2021 has been passed

on the petitioner’s representation, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to assail the said endorsement.
3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to question the endorsement.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
