The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tebo P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chakradharpur (Chaibasa). 3. On 07.04.2025, at about 09:00 A.M., deceased namely Birsa Purty started demanding food from her mother. The food was still being cooked. He became agitated and started assaulting his mother and father. On Being outraged, the petitioner picked up an axe, which was lying there and gave an axe blow to his son, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that even assuming the allegation to be true at best, the present case will be made out under Section 105 of the B.N.S. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chakradharpur (Chaibasa) in connection with Tebo P.S.
