Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue nature dated a writ of order or direction certiorari quashing 25-3-2025 passed Commissioner Judicial (Ist) by the in the order Additional Varanasi Region Varanasi in Case No. 2568/2023 Computer Case No.C202312000002568 (Mahendra vs.Shankar) u/s 207 of U.P.Revenue Code 2006. (Annexure No.1) to this writ petition. ii- Issue a writ, nature of respondents to order ΟΙ direction in the mandamus commanding not to the interfere in the possession of the petitioner on the basis of order 10-11-2023 passed by Respondent No.3 over Plot the situated No.437/1, 0.2265 village Gothawan, in Hectare Pargana-Garhwara, Tehsil-Badlapur, District Jaunpur otherwise the petitioner shall suffer huge an irreparable loss and injury." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the order under challenge is remand order passed in an appeal filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that against the order impugned, petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision. It has been further submitted that by the order impugned, the matter has been remitted to the Trial Court for decision afresh. 5. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
