1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 12.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4802 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Ajay Chouhan, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment.

2 vide his request letter dated 30.07.2025, has requested an extension of more time that from the order dated 12.07.2024 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, in MCRC No. 4802 of 2024 ,the above case, after being released on bail on 15.07.2024, the accused was absent on 13.11.2024 when the case was fixed for evidence. Since then, arrest warrants are being issued continuously for the presence of the accused. The arrest warrant issued to the accused is not being served due to his absconding from his residence Nehru Nagar Purani Sabri, Block No. 27 F 03, Bhopal, Police Station Kamla Nagar District Bhopal (MP). Due to which the said case is not being resolved, in such a situation, additional time is required for the final resolution of the case, therefore, he prays for more time to conclude the trial.
4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today.
5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance.
