ORAL ORDER

1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 01.08.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.8737/2024 (BDA). In terms of the said order, Bangalore Development Authority was directed to consider the petitioner's request by providing the information requested within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
2. The accused has filed a memo enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 07.11.2025, inter alia, stating that the matter has been examined and an alternate site has to be allotted to the

petitioner since a case is pending in respect of Survey No.43/12 of Talaghattapura Village, out of which the site allotted to the petitioner (Plot No.811 measuring 9 x 12 mtrs. in Further Extension of Banashankari 6th Stage, 4th T Block, Bengaluru), has been formed. The said endorsement states that action will be taken to allocate an alternative site as per the decision of the Committee for Allotment of Alternative Sites.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the complainant fairly states that in view of the above, the present complaint would not survive.
4. The complaint is, accordingly, closed.
