This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not permitting the persons engaged by the petitioner and referred in the representation, dt.29.10.2018 to do the work of manning of substations awarded to the petitioner vide Agreement Lr.No.SE/O/RGMV/DE(T)/AE(P)/F.631/ D.No.1112/18, dt.04.09.2018 as illegal, arbitrary and one without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to release the payments to the petitioner for the manpower engaged for the work awarded pursuant to the agreement Lr.No.SE/O/RGMV/DE(T)/AE(P)/F.631/D.No.1112/18, dt.4.9.2018 and pass…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri O. Manohar Reddy,
learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petition may be
disposed of, no further orders are required in this matter, since the relief has become infructuous.
3. Sri V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is in attendance.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed since the relief has become infructuous. No order as to costs.
