The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “for issuance of an appropriate writ in the Nature of MANDAMUS pursuant to fixing the appropriate and genuine valuation of the commercial rate to the existing proportion of Land of the petitioner, which is intentionally DEMARCATED for Acquisition as to required for Building (Widening four laning etc.) Maintenance, Management and Operation of NATIONAL HIGHWAY No.31 in the stretch of Land from Km. 47.723 to Km 154,500 (Rajauli-Nawada- Patna High Court CWJC No.11307 of 2014(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 Biharsharif-Bakhtiyarpur section) in the District of Nawada and Nalanda, after taking righteous steps of its proper and permissible physical Inquiry/ verification to the DEMARCATED land in question bearing Plot No.2248 measuring as Area 0.12 Decimals under Khata No.262, situated in Revenue village Dosut, Thana No.29 which bonafidely required to be correctly valuated by fixing commercial uptodate/present rate, as the same comes under category of Commercial part and parcel of the Land in question.” 3.
