Petitioner is aggrieved by the tentative seniority list published by respondents as their entry in service is wrongly recorded as 1999 for petitioner nos.1 and 2 and 2001 for petitioner no.3. 3. It is contended that the petitioners have been shown to be discharging their duties with the respondent establishment since 28.01.2003, 21.07.2003 and 19.09.2003 whereas the petitioner nos.1 and 2 have been working with respondent establishment eversince 1999 and petitioner no.3 has been working since 2001. 4. It is further submitted that in the above regard, petitioners have already approached the authority by making representation dated 25.03.2025 which may be directed to be decided in accordance with law. 5. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that it is only the tentative seniority list and whatever the objections are filed are liable to be considered by the concerned competent authority while finalising the seniority list. 6. In view of the above, therefore, I dispose of this petition with direction that as and when the seniority list is finalised the objection filed by the petitioner shall also be disposed of simultaneously.
