THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM WRIT PETITION No.23701 of 2016 ORDER: The instant writ petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:
“to issue a Writ Order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in issuing impugned orders in Memo Ref.No.Estt/297/201617 dated 4.7.2016 directing the petitioner to retire from service by 31.7.2016 on completion of 58 years is illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also in violation of Act 4 of 2014 and consequently direct to continue the petitioner in service till 60 years and to pass…..”
2. When the matter taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the petitioner is no more and despite his efforts, nobody is in touch with him to take appropriate steps.
3. Taking into consideration of the above submission and in view of efflux of time, the writ petition is closed.
4. However, this order would not come in the way of the Legal Representatives of writ petitioner to seek recourse to law.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
