Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present criminal miscellaneous petition, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned court below and to furnish bail bond is extended till 12.03.2025. 3. Paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 12.12.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 7590 of 2024 is modified to the said extent. 4. The present criminal miscellaneous petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
