Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Application submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 10.12.2024 (Ex.P.5) in the Appeals bearing Rcc.1178/2010 dated 19.12.2011 and Rcc.1405/2012 dated 02.11.2012, which are pending on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer (Respondent No.3). 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, directing the Revenue Divisional Officer without going into the merit (Respondent No.3) to consider the Application filed by the Writ Petitioner dated 10.12.2024 (Ex.P.5) and pass the final order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today and communicate a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 4. Needless to state that the Respondent No.3 is statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice in a quasi-judicial proceeding of this nature by issuing advance Notice to all the interested parties including the Petitioner herein, consider their submissions/objections and Applicant/Writ documents, if any, before passing the final order. 5. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order to Respondent No.3 within one week from today, for effective compliance.
