The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Lapung P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 121(1), 121(2), 109(1), 132, 61(2), 324(4), 352 of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Ms. Ekta Saxena, learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi. On 03.06.2025, at about 09:50 A.M., about 60 persons attacked the Police party in village Koynara. It was submitted that two police personnel sustained simple injuries. It was further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Suresh Oraon has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Ekta Saxena, learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi, in connection with Lapung P.S.
