Heard Sri V. V. N. Narayana Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the interim order has been complied with. Learned Standing Counsel placed on record, the written instructions received from the Deputy Executive Engineer Operation, APEPDCL, Chintalapudi. For ready reference, the relevant portion of the written instructions is extracted hereunder: “It is also to submit that the Petitioner selected 4 persons at his choice and gave appointments to them and sent the said proposals to 3rd Respondent for approval. Since, certain local problems have cropped up, as the local people surrounding pattaigudem SS are not considered as shift operators, the 3rd Respondent through his letter Dt.20.11.2018, declined to approve the above employees and requested the petitioner to keep the appointment in abeyance till sorting out the above problems and also requested the petitioner to attend the office for sorting out the 4 problems with the local aspirants, who are already requested to attend his office. Accordingly, the Petitioner and local aspirants attended the office of 3rd Respondent and after full pledged discussions and enquiries, the 3rd Respondent approved the employment of man power, supplied by the Petitioner and the persons employed by the petitioner, joined their duties on Dt.10.12.2018 as shift operators” 4. Learned Standing Counsel would further submit that in view of the written instructions, no further orders are required in this matter. 5. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 6. In the light of the submissions referred supra, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
