V,R.N PRASHANTH SC FOR TTD The Court made the following: ORDER: Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that despite submitting a letter dated 26.09.2018 to the respondents, they have not considered the said letter and not passed any orders. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondents to consider the letter of the deceased 1st petitioner dated 26.09.2018 and take appropriate decision over the issue. 2. Learned Standing Counsel would submit that they have no objection for giving such direction to the respondents for passing appropriate orders on the 3 letter submitted by the deceased 1st petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders without touching the merits of the case. 3. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the letter dated 26.09.2018 which has been submitted by the deceased 1st petitioner and take appropriate decision over the matter according to governing rules and law. There shall be no order as to costs.
