JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER Aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.No.III in MC No.5860/2021 dated 12.02.2024 by the IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby the Family Court had granted maintenance of an amount of Rs.30,000/- per month from the date of order till final adjudication of the petition and one time litigation expenses of an amount of Rs.25,000/-, the *wife is before this Court. 2. The husband has filed MC No.5860/2021 seeking divorce. After the order was passed on 12.02.2024, the husband has filed an IA seeking reconsideration of the said order and the Family Court by order dated 22.08.2025, had reviewed this order. In view of the same, nothing remains for consideration in this petition, as the petitioner has to question the said order if **she is aggrieved. 3. The party-in-person submits that on 16.04.2025, a co- ordinate Bench of this Court has passed an order whereby, the * corrected vide chamber order dated: 26/09/2025. ** corrected vide chamber order dated: 14/10/2025. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34750 WP No. 13756 of 2024 IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, was directed to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously by providing reasonable opportunity to both the parties to put forth their case. Further, the both the parties shall co-operate with the Family Court the disposal of the matter. In case of any unnecessary adjournment sought for by the parties, the Family Court is at liberty to impose exemplary costs. It is the case of the party-in-person that, in spite of this several adjournments have been sought and the Family Court has liberally granted the adjournments. 4. In view of the above discussion, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. The order dated 12.02.2024 which is impugned in this case, is reviewed by the Family Court. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34750 WP No. 13756 of 2024 ii. In the light of the order dated 16.04.2025, the Family Court Shall strictly act in accordance with law. iii. All I.As pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
