It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently and bona fide mistake, the said order could not be 2025:JHHC:13187 Page | 2 complied with by the petitioner due to which the First Appeal No. 146 of 2023 was dismissed for default, but today, all the defects have been removed as pointed by the office. Therefore, it is prayed that for the ends of justice, the aforesaid First Appeal No. 146 of 2023 may be restored. 4.
