The petitioner has challenged to quash instruction issued by the State Government with regard to the rationalization instruction dated 02.08.2024. 2. The learned Senior Counsel Mr. Rajeev Shrivastava, assisted by Mr. Shrawan Agrawal, would submit that the Union has already preferred the representation i,.e Annexure P/16 and P/17 and prayed that direction may be issued to respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner. 3. Considering the limited prayer, this petition is disposed of directing the State to decide the representation made by the petitioner. 4. It is made clear that the direction for the decision on the representation, it does not mean that implementation of the instruction dated 02.08.2024 had been redressed by this Court. 5.
