1. Heard on I.A. No. 3/2025, which is an application for withdrawal of the petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners respectfully submits that the petitioners, after due consideration, have elected not to pursue their petition any further before this Hon’ble Court. He further submits that the petitioners are not inclined to contest the matter on its merits and have no intention to seek any adjudication or relief in the present proceedings.
