Civil Writ Petition No.335/2025 titled as Deepak Kumar Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., which is adjudicated vide judgment dated 07.02.2025, therefore the present petition can be decided in light of the above-said judgment. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs that the directions passed in Deepak Kumar Meena (Supra) shall be made equally applicable to the petitioner herein.
