The present writ application has been filed for following reliefs:- “For issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s commanding upon the respondents particulars the respondent Nos.2 to 4 directing them to show and produce the papers and document basing upon which the names of the private respondents Nos.5 to 141 have been entered into register-II, with respect to the lands of Junaouri Mouza since the land of Junaouri Mouza have been donated by Padma Maharaja to Shivnath Giri Gosai Son of Musma Gosai in the year of 1886 and rent to the Ex-Landlord be given of amount Rupees Twenty three Anna, three and Paise Six and Rupees forty four and paise fifty only by Shivnath Giri to the Ex- landlord. 2025:JHHC:20366 Page | 5 W.P. The petitioner has appeared in person. 3. Heard in detail. 4. From the nature of the pleading, it appears that it is a private dispute between the parties and it can only be settled through the process of Civil Court. Further, it has been brought to my notice that there is already liberty granted by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.17431 of 2023. 5. It has been brought on record by filing a counter affidavit that proceeding under Section 3A of the Bihal Land Reforms Act, 1950 has also culminated against the present petitioner and the outcome of said proceeding has not been challenged. 6. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, accordingly, the present writ petition is, hereby, dismissed. 7.
