No. (II -U) 177/2008, dated 19-10-2016 on the file of Railway Claims Tribunal, Scunderabad Bench because of back of communication and intimation from the counsel who appeared in the Railway Claims Tribunal immediately after passing the judgment in O.A. No. (II - U) 177/2008, so we could not approach the present advocate and we could not file this appeal within limitation and to pass such other order or orders as this Hontle Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
