1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the order of transfer of the petitioner, who is presently working as Lecturer, L.B. Chemistry at government Higher Secondary School, Champa Distt Janjgir-Champa to Government Higher Secondary School Takhatpur, Block Takhatpur Distt Bilaspur (C.G.) The writ petition has been filed questioning the order of transfer showing the personal difÏculties that he is having a minor daughter aged about 4 years and there is no male persons in the family to look after the minor child. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of transfer has been passed by the respondent State without considering the policy of the transfer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the order of transfer as the petitioner shall suffer irreparably on the event of his relieving from the present place of posting as the petitioner is having a minor daughter aged about 4 years. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that to redress the grievance of the employees who have been transferred by the State, a committee has been constituted on 03.03.2025 and if the petitioner will approach the committee, said committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with the policy of the State
3 Government and grievance if any raised by the petitioner, the same shall be redressed within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard both the parties and perused the pleadings of the petitioner. 5.
As the petitioner is questioning the order of transfer on some personal ground, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation before the committee constituted by the State Government within a period of 10 days. If the petitioner will file any such representation before the committee, the committee is directed to consider the same and pass necessary order in accordance with the policy of the State Government by considering the grievance of the petitioner within a further period of 20 days. The interim order dated 16.01.2025 shall remain operative till then. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the committee about the order passed by this Court. 6. With the aforesaid liberty and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
