The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 96 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. From perusal of impugned order, it appears that the statement of the victim was recorded during investigation, in which she has stated that she was having affairs with the petitioner and she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish and has married him. 5. It appears to be the case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Kunda P.S.
