The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs directing the respondent-authorities to pay the compensation amount of the land, in question, to the petitioner as the same is his raiyati and ancestral land and further respondent-authorities may be restrained from making payment of the compensation amount to the private respondents on the basis of wrong survey entry in the consolidation khatiyan and/or to grant any other Patna High Court CWJC No.12473 of 2015(7) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned Senior Counsel Mr. Jitendra Prasad Singh representing the petitioner, at the outset submits that as both the parties wanted compensation for the same piece of land, at last, a Title Suit No. 301 of 2022 has been preferred before the competent Civil Court and presently pending before the learned Sub-Judge, Sherghati, Gaya. Learned counsel representing respondent no.5 to 7 submits that they have also appeared in the said case. 4. In view of the fact that now the matter has reached the Title Court where both the parties have appeared, it would be appropriate that they pursue the case before the said court and get the title in their favour. 5.
