ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in interference into the civil disputes and also threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the land in an extent of Ac.3.34 cents in Sy.No.222/2A2, an extent of Ac.3.34 cents in Sy.No.222/2A1 of Yernagudem Village, Devarapalli Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and violative of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and also offends Articles 14, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere into the civil disputes in any way.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the matter was compromised between the parties before Lok Adalat. 3. Sri Mangena Sree Ramarao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, in view of the compromise between the parties, an award was also passed by Lok Adalat and hence, no further orders are required in this matter. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
