The petitioner claims that he is entitled to amount of salary from the period of January, 2023 to February, 2024. A representation in this regard has been made but to no avail. Shri Krishna Kumar Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Ved Byas Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter requires factual determination as per applicable law by the competent authority in the first instance. He, however, fairly contends that the issue regarding payment of his salary from the period of January, 2023 to February, 2024 has to be determined by the competent authority within a reasonable time frame. In wake of the preceding discussion and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No.1-Managing Director, U.P. State Agro Industrial Corporation Limited, Lucknow is directed decide the representation of the petitioner regarding payment of his salary from the period of January, 2023 to February, 2024 as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of representation.
