When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri Md. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, submitted that the petition may be disposed of since the relief sought has become infructuous, as the vehicle in question has been released. 3. Sri M.Karuna Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since the relief has become infructuous. No order as to costs.
