Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Hridai Narain Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Sri Hridai Narain Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents states that the relief prayed for by the petitioner has been granted by order dated 24.03.2025, copy of order dated 24.03.2025 correcting the name of petitioner in Class-XII has been taken on record and same has also been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. He further submits that the petitioner may be directed to deposit requisite fee and to surrender original certificate so that respondents may issue corrected certificate to the petitioner. 4. In such view of the fact, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to deposit requisite fee and surrender original certificate of Class-XII with the concerned authority. On depositing the requisite fee and surrendering original certificate by the petitioner, the respondents shall issue corrected certificate to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date petitioner complies with the aforesaid directions.
