1. Heard learned Advocates for the petitioners and for the State at length.
2. Perused the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the case diary.
3. On careful perusal of the entire materials as available in the case diary, it reveals that investigation has already been completed. It further reveals that the present accused petitioner is the father of the principal accused.
4. Admittedly, there are some incriminating materials as against the present accused petitioner in the case diary, however, in considered view of this Court that those are not at all sufficient for rejection of the prayer for anticipatory bail
5. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.
6. It is, thus, ordered that in the event of arrest, the accused petitioner, namely, Sanjit Mondal may find bail of Rs. 10,000/- with two registered sureties of Rs.5,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tehatta, Nadia on condition that they shall abide by the provisions of Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
7. Accordingly, CRM (A) 3182 of 2025 is disposed of.
8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
