This is application for restoration of WPS No.3647 of 2025 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 10-06-2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to unavoidable reason he could not appear on the date when the matter was called for hearing and WPS No.3647 of 2025 was dismissed for want of prosecution. He would further submit that the matter pertains to Kramonnati Vetanman to the petitioners and therefore, it may be restored to its original number and the same may be heard on merits. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose the application formally. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present application for restoration of WPS No.3647 of 2025 is allowed.
