ORDER 13.02.2026 The operative portion of the order dated 19.08.2025, whereby complainant’s W.P.(C) No.22391 of 2024 was disposed off, reads as under: “ In the above circumstances, this writ petition succeeds; a Writ of Certiorari issues quashing the impugned rejection order dated 26.07.2024 at Annexure-7; matter is remitted to the portals of OP No.4 for consideration afresh in the light of Jita Luha case supra, Notification No.11771 dated 04.04.2025, and also the rules that obtained when Petitioner’s father breathed his last. This exercise has to be undertaken and accomplished within a period of eight weeks.” 2. Learned AGA-Mr. Panda appearing for the OP specifically submits that in terms of the said order the compassionate appointment letter has been issued on 03.02.2026 and a compliance affidavit E-file is also filed on 12.02.2026.
