The instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.326/2020 registered at Police Station-Kanota, District-Jaipur City (East), Jaipur. 2. Vide order dated 16.07.2021, Co-ordinate Bench of this Court directed the learned Public Prosecutor to procure the latest factual report in this matter. Today, learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the latest factual report prepared by the S.H.O., Police Station-Kanota, District-Jaipur City (East), Jaipur, which reveals that after investigation no offence was found against the [2025:RJ-JP:40640] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1158/2021] petitioners. Hence, the police authorities have submitted a negative final report against the petitioners on 29.03.2022 which has been accepted by the concerning Court on 18.04.2022. 3. Factual Report dated 06.10.2025 is taken on record. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition at this stage. 5.
