The Second Appeal is preferred by the appellant against the Judgment and Decree dated 26.03.2002, passed in O.S.No.72 of 1998, on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge cum Fast Track Court, Anantapur, Anantapur District.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant is present.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite their best efforts, they could not contact the appellant.
4. It seems that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the matter and this Court has no other alternative except to dismiss the appeal.
5. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
