Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. During the page wise mentions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. There shall no order as to costs.
