Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the husband of the petitioner was working as Assistant Grade-III under the District Education Officer, Dhamtari. He died in harness on 08.12.2023. Thereafter, the departmental dues have not been paid to the petitioner and family pension has also not been granted to her. She made her representation to the authorities for grant of the departmental dues and family pension, but till date, the same has not been considered by the authorities. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that there was some objections from the Funds, Accounts and Pension Department, Raipur, and now, the matter has been resolved and the pension case of the petitioner has been sent for due approval before the concerned authority and the process would be completed very soon. He would also place the instructions dated 29.08.2025 issued from the office of District Education Officer, Dhamtari, which is being taken on record. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, since the payment of departmental dues as well as pension case is under process, the present writ petition may be disposed of in view of the submissions made by learned State counsel. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, further considering that the payment of departmental dues as well as pension case is under process, the present writ petition is disposed of 3 at this stage, reserving the liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, if occasion so arises. 5.
