In the present writ petition following prayers have been made by the petitioners:- "(i) Certioari quashing the seizure memo dated 11.2.25 (Annexure No.1) issued by respondent no.3, with respect to seizure of 2 vehicles nos. RJ09 GE 4064 and RJ09 GC 9971; (ii) Mandamus be issued directing the respondent authorities to forthwith release the seized 2 vehicle nos. RJ09 GE 4064 and RJ09 GC 9971 in favour of the petitioners; (iii) Certiorari quashing the seizure memo dated 13.11.24(Annexure No.1) issued by respondent no. 2, with respect to seizure of goods and vehicles; (iv) Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to decide the provisional release application (Annexure No.5) having been filed by the petitioner for release of their vehicles nos. RJ09 GE 4064 and RJ09 GC 997; ..." 3. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and on perusal of material on record, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent authorities to decide the provisional release applications of the petitioners dated February 13, 2025 within a period of four weeks from date after grating an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
