THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 42889 OF 2018 The Court made the following order:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or order orders or directions particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the case of petitioner for regularization of his services in the existing vacant post of Attender in 5th respondents school by disposing his representation dated 7 2 2018 and 14 9 2018 and pass.”
2. Heard Sri K.R.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader representing on behalf of the School Education. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition has been filed seeking regularization of services. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent authorities have passed orders rejecting the petitioner’s claim for regularization. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the said orders.
4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is
disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders passed by the respondent authorities rejecting the claim for regularization, in accordance with the government rules and law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
