The learned counsel appearing virtually for the petitioner submits that he has given no objection for engaging other counsel in this matter. There is representation for the petitioner today. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents is present and submits that the this Civil Revision Petition is filed, aggrieved by the dismissal of the I.A. filed for condonation of delay of 296 days. I.A.No.1250 of 2016 in I.A.No.2073 of 2015 in I.A.No.919 of 2015 in O.S.no.424 of 2013 no was filed, praying to condone a delay of 296 days in filing an application to set aside the order of dismissal dated 02.05.2016 in I.A.No.2073 of 2015. The learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, had dismissed the petition on the ground that the petitioner/plaintiff failed to pay bata though sufficient time was granted, and that the petitioner had filed the petition with a simple averments that he was suffering from ill health, without any substantiating documents. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that further proceedings in the suit were stayed by an order by this Court dated 29.12.2017, and that he is not sincerely contesting the delay portion, subject to issuance of a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial in O.S.No.424 of 2013. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the suit is now presently on the file of V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur. 4 HN,'M 5. Considering the same, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed AUhe same time, the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge expedite the trial and dispose off the suit preferably within months from the date of the receipt of this order, to costs.
