Bijan Kumar Ghosh Mr. Ramprokash Banerjee …for the petitioner Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the learned judge of the first appellate court fixed a date for hearing of the appeal without extending the interim order. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, CO 3299 of 2025 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application praying for an interim order before the learned Additional District Judge, FTC-III, Howrah in T. If such an application is filed, the learned judge of the first appellate court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law by a reasoned order as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
