The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 10/2025, registered under section 319(2), 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3)/3(5) of BNS, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners of collecting the money for depositing in the company named in the FIR. He then submits that the petitioners are also victim as they also have deposited their own money in the said company. He then submits that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.5517 of 2025 and ABA No.5582 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there are allegations against the petitioners of collecting money and depositing in the company named in the FIR. 2025:JHHC:32515 2 5. In view of the above and considering that the petitioners are also victim and they have also deposited the money in the said company and the petitioners have also complied the notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023 and have also appeared before the investigating officer, in view of that, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions and sureties, the learned court may deem fit and proper.
