This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

S.Siva Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance. 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition. No order as to costs.
