ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Poke in not investigating the case fairly despite of specific allegations on the unofficial respondents involvement into the mysterious unnatural death of the deceased who is the Petitioners brother and closing the same as a 304 (B) of IPC only is illegal and unlawful and dereliction of their duties part from being violative of Article 14 of Constitution of India consequently direct the respondent 2 to hand over the case to CBCID Police and order to conduct a fair investigation by registering an offence U/S 302 of IPC and SC ST prevention of Atrocities Act against the unofficial respondent and award compensation thereby do justice to the family members of the Deceased…”
