The only prayer made by the counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner to direct the Respondent No. 2/ Branch Manager, U.P. Sahkari Gram Vikas Bank Limited, Branch Bilaspur, District Rampur to decide the application dated 18.12.2024 moved by the petitioner. 2. It is stated in the aforesaid application that in terms of the judgment dated 26.10.2023 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 33303 of 2023 filed by the petitioner though a sum of Rs.15,000/- has already been deposited but thereafter the statement of account was not provided to the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by Shri Chandra Bhan Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 2 that the statement of account has already been provided to the petitioner. 4. Copy of the fresh statement of account up to 31.03.2025 is placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. Copy of the same is also provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 5. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner that relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted to her, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed. 6.
