In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the J.S.C.C. Court, Aligarh to decide the aforesaid case maximum within a period of six months in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
