When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police did not receive any complaint from the petitioner to register the crime. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that as per the contents of the writ petition, the subject matter involved in the present case is civil in nature. Thus, they are not interfering in the matter. 3. Sri Siva Prasad Reddy Venati, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
