This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Khand-I, Azamgarh in considering the representation of the petitioner dated June 22, 2024. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Khand-I, Azamgarh should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated June 22, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Khand-I, Azamgarh is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated June 2, 2024 and carry out final assessment within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
