Learned Standing Counsel appearing for official respondents placed on record the written instructions dated 23.06.2025 given by the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinator, APSS, Kurnool, along with the copy of the letter dated 09.12.2018 showing that the Petitioner was appointed as Day Watch Women at KGBV School Guduru and the letter dated 3 20.12.2018 addressed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner to the Registrar (Judicial) to list the matter under the caption “Withdrawal”. Learned Standing Counsel would submit that on 09.12.2018 Petitioner was appointed as Day Watch Women and since then, she has been working as such in the same post. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
