Dharmvi) and order dated 11.05.2016 passed by Judicial Magistrate court no.14 Azamgarh in Criminal Misc. Case No.20 of 2015 (Smt. Suman Maurya and Another Vs. Dharmvir Maurya and others) filed u/s 12 of Protection of women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 at Police Station Mehnajpur, District Azamgarh, on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 3. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
