Sri K.Sajid, representing Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the E.P. was dismissed on 14.06.2017 and in view of the dismissal of E.P., no cause of action survives in this revision and the same stands dismissed as infructuous. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the civil revision is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the Petitioner to re-agitate the issue in case there is any requirement.
