HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38661 WP No. 2999 of 2025
THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R DEVDAS
ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents.
2. The petitioners are aggrieved of the impugned endorsement at Annexure-A dated 17.05.2024 issued by the Special Tahsildar, Bangalore South Taluk, rejecting the application filed by the petitioners to show their names separately in the RTC.
3. On the previous occasion, when the matter had come up for preliminary hearing, this Court noticed the fact that 8 guntas of land in Sy.No.71 of Ramohalli Village, Bangalore South Taluk, stand jointly in the name of the petitioners. There was no information forthcoming from the petitioners as to what is the basis for the claim of the petitioners to have their individual names reflected in the RTC without there being a division of the property.
